Your gymnast will be introduced to foundational gymnastics skills, turn taking, following 2-4 step circuits, while also developing body awareness and regulating their sensory systems. This class requires caregiver support and encourages caregiver/child bonding.

Mini Muscles 1 & 2, Ages 3-5

Mini Muscles is a small group class for children with all abilities. Your gymnast will be introduced to foundational gymnastics skills while also developing body awareness and regulating their sensory systems.

Some classes are a combined level 1&2 and welcome children of both levels!
