Yoga Classes
Parent and Child Yoga
Parent and Child yoga is designed to help give younger children an opportunity to learn calming and mindfulness techniques that they can carry over to the home environment along with a parent! It will be an opportunity to learn some new yoga poses, simple breathing techniques, short simple flows, play games, and have fun!
*Includes time for free play in the main gym area
Junior Yoga
Junior yoga is designed to teach basic yoga poses through games and fun activities while building toward participating in short yoga flows. This class will teach common yoga poses through games and activities. It will also teach basic emotional regulation strategies and breathing techniques to help with emotional regulation.
Teen Yoga
Teen yoga is designed to help teens gain useful strategies to help to de-stress and regulate the nervous system while learning yoga and having fun! This class will teach common vinyasa yoga poses and yoga flows as well as breathing strategies, meditation, and mindfulness to help manage the stressors of daily life.

Can follow multi-step directions
Can attend to task for 5 minutes at a time
Able to follow verbal directions with parent assistance
Able to remain on their mat without elopement, with parent assistance

Able to follow multi-step verbal directions independently
Able to attend to a task for up to 5 minutes at a time
Able to stay in designated area without elopement
Able to imitate motor movements given a demonstration

Ages 11-up
Follows multi-step directions independently
Able to attend to a yoga flow
Remain in designated space independently for the duration of a 30-45 minute yoga flow
